A starter dark chocolate with a low percentage is none the less very enjoyable. The bar has a perfect smooth but not too smooth feel with a fruit undertone for the whole melt. The added sugar may have toned down the sometimes overly fruit Madagascar chocolate. This is a great chocolate to relax with, share with someone who might not like dark chocolate, while holding a glass of sweet wine in the sun. - Brook Johnson
